The organization, Hezbut Tawheed is not banned. There have nothing to be worried about the organization.

Till now 151 times different Thana has reported about Hezbut Tawheed and the members of Hezbut Tawheed as innocent and non anti-government (not guilty of seditious) organization to the court. Even they provide assurance that Hezbut Tawheed is not an extremist, violent/militant and anti- Islamic organization. Some samples of report are as follows:

• After examining and scrutinizing the obtained and seized (Publications of Hezbut Tawheed) from the accused, we come to the point that, they are not involved with any anti-Islamic or military work. There haven’t found any evidence to their involvement in anti-Islamic and anti-government. Since we found Hezbut Tawheed as a non- banned organization with our mass inquiry, public and private investigation, so it has expressed as a legal organization.

• Both the accused are belongs to the Islamic organization Hezbut Tawheed. During the investigation, there haven’t found any military involvement with them.

• Hezbut Tawheed is not a banned organization. It has known that the book entitled “Dajjal” and CDs belongs to the accused are not banned at present, and they haven’t any bad intension as well.

• Openly and secretly very mass investigation has done in favor of the GD against the accused. There haven’t found anything anti-Islamic and militant in the books belongs to them with a close observation. There haven’t found any witness and evidence of their concern with displeasing work.

• During the inquiry, it has found with the confession of the accused and record (witness and evidence) that Hezbut Tawheed is not a militant organization and is not banned by the government of Bangladesh as well. There activities found legal as we come to the point with our deep investigation and mass exploration.

• Hezbut Tawheed is not concern with any anti-Islamic and anti-government and it has no connection with any violent fundamentalist organization.

• Till now 228 false cases have filed against the Hezbut Tawheed. Among them 171 cases already has proved as false by the honorable Court. Among rest of the under trail 57 cases, our mojaheds already has released on bail from 51. They will also be released from all of the cases very soon ensha’Allah.
• Till now 1146 members and 9 children of the Hezbut Tawheed have been arrested. Out of them, 198 members have been persecuted in J.I.C (Joined Interrogation Cell), T.F.I cell (Task Force Interrogation cell), and Police remand for 827 days but failed to trace anything illegal.

 

In spite of proved the Hezbut Tawheed as an unoffending organization by the lower to higher court, police chief, and different investigating agencies, still ceaseless arrest, different types of persecution and oppression are going on. Now the question is, what could the possible reason be, arising of such strange opposite situation?

If we desire to realize the answer we have to look a little bit back. A several century earlier, the European Christians have occupies almost all of the Muslim country with military might and planned wide-ranging blueprint as if they never could raise their head on. One of those plans is, they wished to make the nation mentally dependent on them with the education system. The reason why education is such a medium with which the character of a man can build up arbitrarily. The occupant powers then introduced bi-directional education system side by side in their possessed area. One is general education system and another is Madrasah education system.

To teach the chosen Islam of them to the large Muslim populace, the dictators have established madrasah all over the Muslim countries in their possessed area, the history of which has discussed earlier.

The aim of establishing madrasah was to teach the subdued Muslim nation such a soulless perverted Islam that really makes up a character of subservient enslaved nation and they never even think to raise their head up against their lord. The syllabus was made devoid of Math, Geography, Science, Economics, Technological and Vocational knowledge so that there remains no way out of income for the madrasah lettered people rather than selling the religion or code of life to live on. The main target of the Christians was to make the madrasah educated people bound to sell Deen (code of life) for income and permanently establish the perverted Islam in the mind and brain of the people through their religious sermon. Due to expose this historical truth, the so called clergy class has become crazy and put their whole effort forward to the ill publicity against Hezbut Tawheed. The provocation of that clergy class was the fuel behind the mentionable harassment of the members of the Hezbut Tawheed. The matter of mock is, this clergy group made the civil people maniac against the Hezbut Tawheed saying that they convert as Kafer (unbeliever) and Christian. On the other hand, made the members arrested by police saying that, they are militant and tries to establish Islam by means of terrorism; which is completely reverse with their first statement.

It is the state of Madrasah education system. Now come to the context of general education system. The secular general education system is put forth introduce through school and college. The intention of creating this division is, it was impossible for the occupant to govern their possessed area without the local manpower. They have prepare this syllabus for teaching English language, interest related Math, different disciplines of Science, History (mainly the history of the reign of England and European Emperors’), Geography, Technology, i.e. everything that needs in worldly life to take part in the clerical job both in military and civil sector. This syllabus was made almost devoid of discussion about Allah, His Messengers, the Akerath, and Deen (Code of life). Besides, the lesson of morality, humanity, idealness, patriotism have completely deduct from this syllabus. The learners of this part have been taught such a way as if they always remain inundate with inferiority complex to their dominant. In addition, a terrific hostile attitude against the feelings of Allah, Rosul (Messengers of Allah), Deen (Code of life) have injected in their mind and brain. Though after the Second World War due to world political reason the European Christians have gone away releasing the settlements with external independence, that education system is ongoing yet and the hostility of the learned have increased many times against Islam. At present the total print and electronic media is under the control of the anti-Islamic learned class. It is not only that, they don’t desire the code of life of Allah to be established but also their mentality to Islam is despiteful and hostile. As the Hezbut Tawheed desires openly the establishment of the Deen (Code of life) of Allah, normally they are dead against also of Hezbut Tawheed. They are continuously propagating false news against Hezbut Tawheed through newspaper, television, radio, internet for the last 17 years. They haven’t even feel to investigate, does Hezbut Tawheed truly a terror organization? Does it really violets any law? Only one single offense against Hezbut Tawheed is enough for them, that it propagates Islam. The pretense of the media is mostly responsible for the 228 filed false cases against the Hezbut Tawheed till today. The mass people and even the administrative personnel are also utterly influenced with the pretense of media. But the administration has failed to find out any instance of offence, and violation of law against the Hezbut Tawheed in field investigation which they have mentioned unambiguously in their reports. Though the learned Court has evaluated those reports, but those are worthless to the media. It can’t abate their media coordinated terrorism, not one jot The Hezbut Tawheed is the immolation of the world wide anti Islamic propagation denominating Islam as terrorism.

Question is, why the media is so desperate against the Hezbut Tawheed and continuously forcing the administration to ban it?

The simple answer of this question is, the media is possessed by those who are hostile to the Islamic Code of life. The answer of the question, Does Hezbut Tawheed is militant or malignant? Law violating or abiding? Terrorist or anti-terrorist? are not vital issue to the media. They must oppose against the Hezbut Tawheed; because it desires Islam and the media is dead against of Allah, Rosul (Messenger), and Islam.

Due to the non-stop, one-sided false publicity of the two entirely opposite power: one is the anti-Islamic media and another one is the so called container and conveyor, standard bearer of Islam i.e. the clergy class, the mass people and the administration have submerged in a complete wrong conception about the Hezbut Tawheed. The vehicles of the media for this false propagation are television, radio, newspaper, internet and religious merchandiser does it with the help of the mosque, madrasah, religious school, Khanka, religious sermon, the congregation and so on. The ultimate target of both of those is to oppress the Hezbut Tawheed through government and they have success enough. They have been able to use the government against this movement and still being so. Therefore, in spite of declaring Hezbut Tawheed as innocent by the Court and Law and order enforcing agency members who has investigate about Hezbut Tawheed, still the ill-propagation, arresting of members, persecution and harassment against this movement is going with the same pace as before.

Our statement to those who are engaged in the duty of law and order protection, we have mentioned here the statement of the investigation report conducted by your department. If you think this investigation of 17 years about the Hezbut Tawheed is not enough then conduct more inquiry. Monitor Hezbut Tawheed very closely through and through than before with your skilled personnel. We will co-operate you with our might and main our level best. But don’t harass further the innocent members of the Hezbut Tawheed with a wrong conception influenced by the false propagation of media. Rather spend your concentration, labor, money, and time to make the nation benefitted. Request to the general people also that enough is enough, don’t unjust and torture the innocent members of the Hezbut Tawheed influenced with the false propagation of Islam merchandiser clergy class and anti-Islamic media.
