-Obaidul Haque Badal
The Dajjal will emerge from among the Jews, and Jews and hypocrites will be his followers (reported from Ibn Hanbal in Muslim). This prophecy was made by the Final Prophet, the Mercy to all worlds, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). When we look at the present-day Judeo-Christian civilization, it is not difficult to see the apparent reflection of this prophecy.
Today, terms like human rights and freedom have become mere tools of international politics in this Judeo-Christian civilization. The reality is simple: might makes right. The cunning exploit the innocent, the rich deprive the poor, and the strong oppress the weak without restraint. The condition of the Muslim nation is even more dire—facing indiscriminate killings, mass assaults on women, and the destruction of entire regions through relentless bombings.
With the support of America, occupying Israel has been carrying out attacks on Palestinian land for years. In a single year, they have killed hundreds of thousands of civilians, most of them women and children. Homes, mosques, hospitals, and schools in Gaza have been reduced to rubble. Even refugee camps are not safe.
The atrocities in Bosnia, Chechnya, Cambodia, Xinjiang in China, Hyderabad in India, Rakhine in Myanmar, Central Asia under Soviet rule, and various genocides and abuses in Africa evoke deep horror. These crimes against humanity have effectively been buried in mass graves of silence.
In the last century, this “civilization” caused two world wars, resulting in approximately 140 million casualties, and since then, an additional 20 million people have been killed in various conflicts. In this new century alone, over a million people were killed in Iraq. Under the false pretext of “weapons of mass destruction,” Iraq was turned into ruins. Even after the claim was proven false, no one was held accountable for the loss of millions of lives. No one dared to speak out.
After two decades of war in Afghanistan, what was left behind was a broken state, poverty, and uncertainty. Libya, Syria, Yemen—the list goes on, each name associated with bloodshed, tears, destruction, and human rights violations.
In an ongoing imposed conflict, a missile strike on a children’s school in Minab, southern Iran, killed over 200 innocent children, allegedly carried out by the U.S.-Israel alliance under leaders like Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu. What greater brutality or crime against humanity could there be?
In the first phase of “Operation Roaring Lion” against Iran, 40 top Iranian military commanders were reportedly killed within a single minute. Not even a minute was needed. Just as Allah can take any life at any moment, they too possess such destructive capability. Whether Allah wills it or not is a separate matter.
This monstrous “civilization” has stripped the world of peace, security, and stability. Those who surrender their sovereignty and bow before it are granted protection. Those who resist face devastating consequences—cities destroyed, innocent children bombed, and no sanctuary spared, whether schools, hospitals, places of worship, or refugee camps.
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said that the Dajjal would claim lordship over humanity in place of Allah. He will possess something resembling paradise and hell—what he calls paradise will actually be hell, and what he calls hell will actually be paradise. Those who accept him as lord will receive provisions and benefits, while those who reject him will face sanctions and embargoes. This prophecy seems to be unfolding in today’s world order.
For centuries, this oppressive force has dominated the world, building a materialistic, godless civilization. Those who submit to it are rewarded with comfort and opportunity, while those who refuse are isolated. Economic sanctions push populations into hunger, poverty, and lack of medical care. If they still resist, war is imposed and destruction follows.
This force has surpassed even the worst tyrants in history. Recently, for refusing to comply with American demands, the president of sovereign Venezuela was allegedly abducted. Attempts to force regime change in Iran have led to unjust wars. Statements have been made implying that governance type does not matter—as long as leaders remain obedient to this power. Loyalty is demanded above all else.
While this force commits crimes against humanity worldwide, media, human rights organizations, and international courts remain silent—effectively controlled by the same power. There is hardly any sphere—economic, political, military, or cultural—that is not under its dominance.
The Prophet (PBUH) described that the Dajjal’s influence would encompass all land and sea, bringing the entire world under his control like a skin covering an object (Musnad Ahmad, Hakim). This prophecy appears to manifest in today’s global dominance.
Sadly, even many Arab nations have become subservient to this power, effectively acknowledging it through arrangements like the petrodollar system. Despite the destruction of Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and Palestine, much of the Arab world has remained silent, and in some cases, even provided support.
The Prophet (PBUH) foretold that there would be no place in Arabia untouched by the Dajjal’s influence (Bukhari and Muslim). This too appears to have taken shape.
The Hypocrisy and Moral Mask of Dajjalic Power
This force claims to be the guardian of civilization, yet its policies reveal deep hypocrisy. It speaks of human rights while supporting allies who violate them. It promotes democracy in some places through military intervention, while backing dictators elsewhere if they serve its interests. This double standard reflects moral bankruptcy. International law is used selectively, and ignored when inconvenient.
Through consumerism, this civilization distances people from morality. Revelations like the Epstein Files expose the character of those at the top. This godless, materialistic culture has crossed all limits of indulgence.
Crimes Against Humanity
This power is now at its peak—reckless and unaccountable. It wages wars without permission, targets whoever it chooses, and faces no consequences. Hospitals are bombed, ambulances targeted, and aid blocked—not as accidents, but intentionally. Humanity is openly violated, and brutality is used as a display of power.
Children are born into ruins, growing up amid bombs and bullets, while this civilization still claims to be “civilized” and lectures others on humanity.
A Web of Deception
The greatest trait of this civilization is deception—presenting falsehood as truth and truth as falsehood. It appears refined outwardly but is corrupt within. It speaks of freedom while enforcing submission, and of justice while applying it selectively. The Prophet (PBUH) described such a deceiver as “Masih al-Kadhdhab” (the False Messiah).
This nuclear-armed force is pushing humanity toward destruction.
Seeking Refuge in Allah
According to the Prophet’s (PBUH) prophecy, the Muslim world has fallen under the grip of this Dajjalic system. He described the emergence of Dajjal as the greatest trial for humanity from the time of Adam (AS) until the Day of Judgment.
History has seen tyrants like Pharaoh and Nimrod, but never a force so vast, organized, and powerful as this one. This glittering materialistic civilization has surpassed all past records in oppression, injustice, and brutality.
Perhaps for this reason, the Prophet (PBUH) himself sought refuge in Allah from this era. May Allah grant us awareness of this force and unite the Muslim Ummah against it. Ameen.
